The latest addition to family Lucic holiday homes features 3 bedroom attic apartment on prime location in Dubrovnik. Decorated with original artwork of local acknowledged artists for your pleasure. Located at the entrance of the Old City, at Pile gate it provides the peace and quiet jet within seconds you are in the centre of everything, culture, history, gourmet of simply fun. It is not spacious but just perfect and awaits to spoil you.
The space;
Apartment is on the second floor and access is by steps only, but there are no steps to get to the house and that is a big bonus in Dubrovnik. Since we are just outside the walls you get a lot of light and fresh air as there are no bars or restaurants next to us. The windows open up to Fort Lovrijenac and the sea, part of the City walls and a huge plane tree. The kitchen is equipped with a cooker, fridge freezer, mini oven, kettle, blender, and other small appliances and utensils. If you find that you need something not provided please feel free to contact us and we will try to accommodate your needs and provide you with everything you need for a perfect stay. Apartment is professionally cleaned after each guest and equipped with quality colorful and matching bed linen and towels. All our linen and towels are naturally dried and the apartment is eco friendly in every manageable aspect.
Main bathroom has a shower, toilet and washing machine with a small portable drying umbrella and the second one is just a toilet.
All 3 bedrooms are equipped with individually controlled air-conditioning. Since it is an attic apartment please note that the ceiling is low at some points.
